Technologies

We make it a rule to stay ahead of the competition! We strive to stay ahead with constant search and research of new developments and innovative use of existing and developing technologies, like led lightning, hinges, aluminium composite panels, etc.

Design

Consultancy
Each project starts with a meeting with the client to discuss the requirements, scope and timelines of the project.
MODELLING
Initial 3D modelling and designs are prepared in SolidWorks with all relevant information like materials to be used, fabrication methods, colors and sent to client for approval.
REVISIONS
If the client requires changes, revised drafts are sent with changes for approval.
PRODUCTION
Once the draft is approved, production files (DXF/EPS/PDF) are set up to suit various machinery like CNC, Laser or digital printers.

Drafting

We use industry standard software to create easy to ‘read and use’ shop drawings or assembly drawings. Using SolidWorks configurations features , we create how to ‘put together’ or assembly drawings and easy to read/understand shop drawings with suitable cut lists or table of parts.
